photographer until, unfortunately, it's too late. Choosing
wedding photographers is as important as choosing the wedding

Wedding
photography is an important aspect of our Harrogate based
photography business and our aim is to be the best. We don’t
just want you to be pleased with our photography- we want
you to be ecstatic! Being full time, qualified, professional
photographers, we don’t do "cheese" and
we don’t spend our weekdays doing something else!
As
photographers, we like to try and get to know you before
the wedding: discuss your ideas and requirements, talk the
day through, look at venues and identify good photographic
locations. These key aspects of planning will ensure that
come the wedding day the photography all goes smoothly.
You may want to combine this with a pre-wedding shoot -
a great way of getting accustomed to being photographed
as a couple and sure to provide some photographs for invites
or wedding lists.
Come
the wedding day, we aim to be polite, friendly and unintrusive
as possible - we should be remembered for our photography
not our photographers! We will move swiftly to where we
need to be and quietly go about the business of organising
friends and relatives when it comes to the group shots.
For
weddings, digital photography is fanastic; it enables us
to shoot hundreds of photographs in a relaxed "reportage"
documentary style and pick up on some of the unexpected
little details. For a big wedding, we even suggest a second
photographer so that nothing is missed.
Candid and detailed shots are fantastic for the wedding
album - but it's the more intimate shots of Bride and Groom
which will be most treasured most. Post service, we like
to get a few quality minutes with the bride and groom in
a quiet area away from the guests - this produces natural,
relaxed photographs.
For a dramatic effect, we like to incorporate
architectural features of the venue as a classical or modern
backdrop to our wedding photography. Being in Harrogate,
North Yorkshire, we are lucky to have stunning local venues
such as Ripley Castle, Fountains Abbey, York Minster, Kirkstall
Abbey, Newby Hall, Harewood House, Swinton Park, Bolton
Abbey Priory and Rudding Park. Wherever you are - church,
registry office, hotel, marquee or beach we will make best
use of the surroundings!
Whether you like classic or contemporary
styles, we will tailor our photography to suit you. Likewise,
we can offer a range of stylish modern coffee table wedding
books, classic albums, large prints, canvases and art blocks.
We offer a range of packages and can tailor
to your requirements. Fees for small services or registry
office weddings local to Harrogate start from just £450.00.
For a complete pacakage we can provide a full day starting
with the brides preparations through to speeches. We work
throughout North and West Yorkshire as well as more locally
in Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, York, Wetherby and Leeds.
